Yummy breakfast burrito with eggs and cheese.
Cover your pan with butter. (Just enough to have a very thin layer)
Put the tortilla bread on top and let it cook for a couple of minutes for both sides.
Once both sides of the bread is golden brown, put it to the side and start on scrambled eggs.
After you have finished scrambling eggs, add a layer of cheese on top and mix. Them while they are still cooking in the pan. (Warning: cheese burn easily on the pan so be careful)
Put the cheese and eggs in the middle of the bread and roll the bread up like a sushi roll.
